I spent a night at this property and was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, allowing me to settle in quickly. The location was ideal, situated close to key attractions and amenities, which made exploring the area very convenient. The breakfast buffet was a delightful meal, featuring a variety of options, from fresh fruits to hot dishes, catering to different tastes. What stood out to me was their thoughtful service; when I requested a packed meal for my toddler, they happily accommodated me, providing a selection from the breakfast menu at no additional cost. Overall, my stay was very enjoyable, and I would highly recommend this place to others.

The staff without exception displayed excellent customer service, especially Isnahil in reception. The breakfast was delicious. There was a wide choice of food and drink. We had dinner at the hotel three times. The dinners were also delicious. The chef came to our table in person to check that we were enjoying our dinners. This hotel really provides value for money.

The corridor carpets need better cleaning. The male staff at the reception desk need to be more attentive to the guests. The breakfast spread was good and well managed by your manager. We had some guest over for dinner which was managed by you staff efficiently and the food was good. We would stay with you again on our next visit to Chandigarh.

Muskan at the front desk was amazing from the time I checked in (room upgrade) to the time I checked out (being sure I had access to wifi to get an Uber to the airport) and all points in between. Door staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is extensive and very well done, with a variety of Indian and Western options. (Hint: get the upma.) The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is well-stocked and refilled as needed. There will ALWAYS be 4 bottles of water in your room as well.

Having been to their other properties, I admire Radisson’s services. This was our first stay here in Chandigarh. From convenient location to courteous prompt services of staff and cleanliness all were excellent. The breakfast was very well laid and refreshingly sumptuous. We even requested to speak to chef Narendra who was kind enough to meet us and explained how one particular dish which we had liked very much, was prepared.

From the minute we stepped in the door to the minute we left we enjoyed everything this hotel has to offer. Muskan and Maan at the front desk were so incredibly friendly and helpful. They answered every question we had and helped us with everything we needed. The rooms were clean and nice and the bed was comfortable. The gym was also good with a good range of equipment. The massage at the spa was great. The breakfast was a highlight for us, Piyush and all of the chefs made it so comfortable and retrieved everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay here and recommend it to everyone.

Ms.Muskaan, front desk operator is an amazing person who upgraded our booking from deluxe to superior room. She helped us with our stay and whatever said to her was instantly provided with utmost hospitality... My daughter loved her smile...
